Digital Marketing Management

You’ll work directly with Creative Mode founder, Alicia Laing. This means your digital marketing will be personally managed by an MBA qualified marketing manager and certified practising marketer (CPM) with 27 years experience building and managing websites and digital marketing for Brisbane business owners. This is going to give you space and leverage your own time so you can focus on your customers and other things, like thinking about where to take your business.

Strategy

Our initial chats uncover your goals and work out the best digital marketing strategy to suit your timeframes and resources.  This is where we can decide how to get better results for you.

Content Planning

We plan your content and marketing based on your goals and have regular chats to discuss, update and document this so we all know whats happening.

Analytics

We set up analytics as this is a key element for small business marketing to make sure we’re tracking results using the data available from various channels.

02. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

WordPress Website Management

Your website will have backups and security taken care of. Websites need to be managed to maintain security and keep them up to date. Basic webmaster services are covered by the Digital Marketing Plan (DMP) as well as content updates and optimisation for search and ads, and more. 

Webmaster Tasks

Website backups and security, updates to plugins, themes and core. When we start we make sure your site is fast and clean it up to our standards.

Content Updates

Any changes to your services or new content pages can be added under the digital marketing plan. We’ll take care of that.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

We review enquiries and analytics and make adjustments to ensure your website is delivering the results you want.
