Italian Language Centre
The Problem
The Italian Language Centre were keen to expand and share their language classes and cultural events with more students in Brisbane. They were also wanting to explore options for doing business online as all internal processes were currently manual and paper-based.
The Solution
Creative Mode conducted a number of marketing workshops with the team to gain a deep understanding of both the organisational requirements and that of potential students and other stakeholders. Armed with that knowledge we developed a plan. We built a new website with an ecommerce store for class enrolments, created a marketing plan and carried out team training to assist the organisation with the big move to a completely digital solution.
The Result
The initial project was launched just as COVID was having a significant impact on face-to-face training in Queensland. To their credit the team and students were flexible and adaptable. We managed to maintain student numbers through a new enrolment term in spite of changing circumstances at the time. The organisation enjoys growing student numbers each year now and has embraced digital and a new direction providing many more social and cultural events. Creative Mode is now an ongoing partner providing expertise and guidance through team changes and maintaining best practice within the organisation with their digital marketing plans and implementation.
